Amos Sandile KhumaloAmos is an admitted Attorney, Notary public, Conveyancer and Intellectual Property Practitioner of 18 years post-admission standing. He is the director at Amos Khumalo Incorporated, a boutique intellectual property and commercial law private practice in Johannesburg. He holds a BA Law (Uniswa), LLB (Wits), LLM – Intellectual Property & E-Commerce (Unisa), and he is the first Black person in South Africa to qualify as an Associate of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) in 1998.
He has extensive experience in intellectual property law, negotiating, drafting and vetting of commercial agreements; litigation at both High Court and Magistrates Court. He is often invited to speak on intellectual property and property law related issues on such platforms as Power FM, SAFM, Kaya FM, 702, Business Day TV, SABC TV, etc.
